We often have multiple people "on duty" who are available for escalations but what happens is that right now, multiple people are notified of the need to help and it interrupts them all. Ideally, you could configure the "on duty" alias to include multiple slack users and "round robin" routing so that the app would keep track of who it last sent a message to.
An example would be:
  • 08:00 - Adam, Jaroslav, Elena are all "on duty"
  • 8:01 - @on-duty-support is tagged and Adam gets the message
  • 8:02 - @on-duty-support is tagged and Jaroslav gets the message
  • 8:03 - @on-duty-support is tagged and Elena gets the message
  • 8:04 - @on-duty-support is tagged and Adam gets the message
and so on.
A bonus would be if the recipient had to acknowledge the message or it would be sent to the next "on duty" user.
