Let others look up who is on rotation

There is no way for non-round robin people in our company to check who is on rotation.
This prevents the usefulness of Round Robin - I am even thinking to switch to a Zap where it does Round Robin and posts in a channel to fix this, its critical for us.
A solution might be:
- Allow roundrobin to notify a public channel who is on call.
- Allow for a /roundrobin rotation name whoisoncall so people can look it up.
- Allow non rotation users to be invited so they can see the dashboard.

Thanks for the feedback. Adding a command is certainly possible, but we need to understand how to make it in a way that will not spam you with dozens of rotations if your team has a lot. The problem of " /roundrobin rotation name whoisoncall " is that rotation name is a string, not an id and this could make it hard for the user to get the right name.
